As soon as your order has been processed (may take up to 12 hours),  you will be contacted via e-mail.  Please check that  "bill to"  address submitted matches the "billing address" on your last credit card statement.  If it does not match, your order cannot be processed.  Order will be placed on hold until an email or 2nd order form is sent with correct information.  Orders ship within 5 business days.
